Return Policy

Important: Due to safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition, armor, gas masks, and gas mask accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns

Non-ammunition items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Defective Items

Exceptions are made for defective merchandise. If you receive a product that is defective from the manufacturer, we will arrange for an exchange through the manufacturer or process a refund directly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances (except for manufacturer defects):

  • Ammunition of any caliber
  • Body armor and protective equipment
  • Gas masks and gas mask accessories

For these items, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty inquiries.
