What is Shop.ProArmory’s return policy?
At Shop.ProArmory.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at support@shop.proarmory.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 60 days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
