Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. We try our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We will continue to work hard to get them even lower so that we can pass these savings on to you. Most of the time our pricing is the best in the industry, even after shipping costs are added in. But sometimes we can be beat. When this happens we hope that our extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service will make up for the difference!

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on a formula created by FedEx and UPS that takes into account the weight of your order and the distance to your shipping location.

How can I track my order?

On the day your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive an e-mail from our office containing the tracking number for your order. Your tracking number may not work until FedEx or UPS scans your product into their system. If your tracking number isn't working, please check again within 24 hours.

How is my order packaged and shipped?

Orders are shipped in an unmarked overbox and without signature requirement unless you request otherwise.

Order Cancellation

You will have the opportunity to cancel your order up until the order has been processed. Once the order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. 

If the order has shipped and you refuse delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a shipping address has been provided that is incorrect, we will be able to change the address only if the order has not been shipped. If your order has shipped, an address change fee of $15 per package will be charged. Payment is expected during the time that you inform us of the need for an address change.
