How do I know what items are in stock and ready to ship?

"In Stock" quantities are displayed on our site under each product. These numbers reflect the exact amount of inventory in our warehouse that is available for sale. If we run out of a given product, our system no longer displays the product. We do this to make your shopping experience fast, easy, and efficient and to avoid errors. 

How fast does Pro Armory take to ship an order?

Typically orders ship the next business day. Please note that if items are placed late Friday and over the weekend, your order will ship out within the next 2 business days. 

 

When will I receive my order confirmation number and tracking number?

You will receive two order-related e-mails from our website. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment's tracking number. If you have not received either of the two e-mails mentioned above, please check your SPAM folder. If you find nothing in your SPAM folder, please contact our office by calling (833) 853-2666 or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@shop.proarmory.com

At Shop.ProArmory.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  3. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@shop.proarmory.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 60 days.
  3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
