Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. We try our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We will continue to work hard to get them even lower so that we can pass these savings on to you. Most of the time our pricing is the best in the industry, even after shipping costs are added in. But sometimes we can be beat. When this happens we hope that our extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service will make up for the difference!

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on a formula created by FedEx and UPS that takes into account the weight of your order and the distance to your shipping location.

Can I pick my order up at the warehouse?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped to your location. We also cannot have people visit our location in person.

How can I track my order?

On the day your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive an e-mail from our office containing the tracking number for your order. Your tracking number may not work until FedEx or UPS scans your product into their system. If your tracking number isn't working, please check again within 24 hours. Can't find your tracking number? How is my order packaged and shipped?

Orders are shipped in an unmarked overbox and without signature requirement unless you request otherwise.

Order Cancellation

You will have the opportunity to cancel your order up until the order has been processed. Once the order has been packed and shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If the order has shipped and you refuse delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a shipping address has been provided that is incorrect, we will be able to change the address only if the order has not been shipped. If your order has shipped, an address change fee of $15 per package will be charged.

Shipping Insurance

Pro Armory offers shipping insurance on every order to ensure proper and safe delivery. If shipping insurance has been purchased, the entire purchase price or lost merchandise is covered.

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition, Armor, Gas Masks and Gas Mask accessories are not able to be returned and are considered final sale items.

For items not eligible for return, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about warranty and return eligibility.

Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving a product that is defective from the manufacturer, we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund; this will be done at our discretion.
